Black Bean and Avocado Salsa


1 chopped red onion
15 oz can black beans; drained
2 small cans white shoe peg corn
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 chopped avocado (optional)


½ cup sugar
½ cup oil


Combine all solid ingredients in a seal-able Tupperware container. Set aside. Combine sugar and oil and mix well. Pour dressing on top of the solid ingredient mixture. Put the top on the Tupperware container and shake well so that the dressing evenly coats the solid ingredients. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before serving with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
