Swanky Steak Tacos


16 ounces Sirloin or Strip Steak, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Goat cheese
1 sweet onion, sliced
8 tortillas


1/4 Cup Olive oil
1/4 Cup lime juice
Tons of chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons cumin
2 Tablespoons coarse salt (Kosher)
1 Tablespoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Mexican Oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 Tablespoons tequila


Marinate the cubed steak for at least 3 hours. Saute the onion until caramelized, put aside. Saute marinated steak until done, only five minutes or so for medium. Fill each tortilla with steak, onion, and top with chunks of goat cheese. Enjoy!
