3 oz softened cream cheese
3 T melted butter
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken; cubed
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 T chopped onion
2 T milk
8 oz crescent rolls
¾ cup seasoned crushed croutons
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese and 2 T butter until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles and firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon ½ cup mix into center of each. Pull 4 corners of dough to center and twist to seal.
Brush top with remaining melted butter and sprinkle crushed croutons on top. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
