Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3cup fresh chopped parsley
3/4 cup celery with leaves
1 pound cooked sausage – drain
2 1/2 quart bread cubes ( 1 loaf)
1 egg
1 cup of turkey broth

Directions

Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovering for the final 10 minutes.
